    1. We have a variety range of custom PCs (ACE, STELLAR, MAESTRO available for you to choose from. The PC components in each series are carefully pre-selected to suit your needs and budget. Simply browse through our listings for a hassle free buying experience!

  • 3. How long does it take for my PC to be delivered?
    1. Typically, all PCs will be delivered within 1-3 days. All our PCs will go through a rigorous stress test to ensure all PC components are conformed to standards and built to last before delivering to you.
  • 4. You don't fancy any of our pre-selected PC Builds? We have full customisation available!
    1. If you don’t fancy any of our pre-selected PCs, you can simply contact us via Whatsapp to customise your PC with your preferred components!
  • 5. Do you have a showroom? Can I come down to discuss my dream PC?
    1. Yes we do have a humble interactive showroom located at 10 Ubi Crescent, Lobby D #03-71, Singapore 408564. Here at our showroom, you get to try out our pre-selected PC Builds. Seeing is Believing!
  • 6. Do you provide any warranty?
    1. All PCs by KenKel Tech are supported with 3 years support warranty, with the first year onsite free pickup & return. This applies if your PC experiences a hardware failure (i.e no graphic display, unable to boot to windows etc). We will either go over to your place to resolve it on site or arrange a pick up to our service centre to troubleshoot and send it back to you at no cost.
    2. We only used quality local stock. All PCs parts sold by KenKel Tech are supported with up to 10 year Parts warranty by Local Distributors. Parts warranty duration will depend on the actual component.
    3. For software related issue, we will assist to resolve via our online support (Whatsapp/Telegram/Email). If the issue cannot be resolved, we encourage customers to bring in their PC for us to assist further troubleshooting.
  • 7. What type of payment modes do you accept?
    1. We accept Cash, PayNow, PayLah! GooglePay, Bank Transfers.
    2. For credit card payments, we accept Carousell Pay (2.5% fee applies) and Shopee Pay (1%  fee applies)
  • 8. Do you accept any form of installment plans?
    1. For debit card installment, we accept Pace Pay (4% fee applies). Pace Pay allows you to spread your purchases into 3 interest-free instalments, however the amount is subjected to Pace Pay policy. For more info, please visit https://pacenow.co/
    2. For credit card installment for up to 12 months, we can process your order through Shopee (DBS/OCBC/UOB/AMEX credit card – 3% fee applies)
